Hi Luther! What an incredible stretch for the small intestine! I had been doing the infinity but I really like this one! You can so feel it in your traps and whole upper shoulder area. I can only imagine the good it's creating in the small intestine! I'm finding it challenging though to dig my fingers in anywhere on the door frame to get a good grip for resistance.
