Resistance Flexibility Training
To resistance stretch, start in position one and resist by pulling on the door frame with both hands while you roll yourself.

Resistance Strength Training
To strengthen, start in position two and resist by pulling on the door frame with both hands while you unroll yourself.

What an incredible stretch for the small intestine! I had been doing the infinity but I really like this one! You can so feel it in your traps and whole upper shoulder area. I can only imagine the good it's creating in the small intestine! I'm finding it challenging though to dig my fingers in anywhere on the door frame to get a good grip for resistance. I'll keep on a trying. Thanks for all your wonderful stretches!
