Resistance Stretching Classes |

During Meridian Stretching classes, we go through a 16 stretch energy flow series using beginner, intermediate, or advanced self stretches and partner assisted stretches.
More about my classes:
- They are appropriate for all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
- They don't require you to own any fancy equipment.
- They include lots of physical activity, but you work at your own pace.
- Please arrive early so we can begin on time.
- Expect to have fun and feel really relaxed at the end.
