Well I'm not so into the Organic Food Bars anymore. I still think they are an excellent product, but they are way too sweet for me. I really don't like super sweet foods even if they are sweetened with agave nectar. Plus, some of the bars I was getting turned out to be rancid.

I found some food bars sold under the 365 Organic label at Whole Foods that are pretty good and very simple, sweetened with a bit of honey. I use these for fast food these days. And I'm also really into canned sardines for fast food too.

I still haven't tried Mercola's Cocoa Cassova bars. I have seen the Garden of Life bars, but I think they have soy protein? Not so much for me.
